Judge profile for Ewan Main
Ewan oversees the very small but brilliant team at Mind who run Mental Health at Work, the place to go for information, ideas and resources to help employers and employees improve workplace mental health. That involves a deep focus on what’s useful for people; what issues organisations face; what prompts people to think about mental health and what happens when they do. Before Mind, he ran the national online services for unpaid family carers, and was a self-employed designer. He’s a trustee of Humanists UK and a humanist celebrant, writing and conducting bespoke non-religious wedding ceremonies. (At least in years when there isn’t a pandemic on.) He’s very proud to live in York.
